Raynet CRM integration

Integration with Raynet CRM – all your calls in one place

Raynet CRM is a smart online tool that helps companies better organize their contacts, sales opportunities and customer care. It gives you an overview of all the important information, so you don't have to hunt for data across different systems.

To make your work even easier, we've connected Raynet to our telephone PBX (call centre). That means you can now see all your calls with clients directly in Raynet – no need to switch between apps or look for records elsewhere.

Contents:

What does this integration give you?

  • All calls in one place – incoming, outgoing and missed calls are shown directly in Raynet.
  • Call notifications – you'll know immediately who's calling.
  • Call recordings – calls are saved to Raynet automatically, so you can play them back any time.
  • Log in / log out of queues – you decide when and which calls you want to receive.
  • Automatic and manual call logging – calls can be added to the system automatically, even when you're not currently logged in to Raynet (for example when you're on the road).

Thanks to this integration you have all the important information in one place and nothing slips through the cracks! 🚀

Setting up the integration

You'll find instructions on how to set up an account in Raynet here: https://raynet.cz/jak-zacit/.

Next, we'll show you in six steps how to connect SEVIO and Raynet CRM.

Step 1 – Opening the Raynet CRM settings

In Raynet CRM, click your name in the top right and select Settings from the drop-down menu.

Step 2 – Selecting a user in Raynet CRM

Select the specific user for whom you want to set up the connection to the PBX/call centre.

Step 3 – Creating an API key for Raynet CRM

In SEVIO, open the Access tokens module and create a new record – an access token that you'll then enter into the form in Raynet CRM.

Fill in the form shown on the right:

  • Name – any name for the token – choose one yourself.
  • User – select the user you're creating the token for.
  • Click the Create button.

A dialog window will appear with information about the new token. Copy the token value and save it somewhere. You'll need it to paste into Raynet CRM.

If you forget the token value, it's no problem. Just delete the created record – the token – from the table and create a new one.

Now, for that user in Raynet CRM, go to the Telephone PBX section and set the following values (you'll first need to generate the API key in SEVIO – see the image How to set up the SEVIO login details in Raynet CRM):

  • Host: the address of your SEVIO PBX, which you'll receive during handover: wss://yourcompany.sevio.cz/raynet/ws
  • Tenant: any value, not required
  • Username: your login name for the SEVIO PBX. You enter it on the login page.
  • API key: the API key you generate for the user in the SEVIO PBX in the Access tokens module – see the second image. Once it's generated, be sure to save the API key right away, as it disappears after you close the window.
  • Click the Save button.

Step 4 – Logging in to the SEVIO PBX in Raynet CRM

After saving the configuration, go back to the main page in Raynet. First click the Tel. PBX button in the bottom left. Then click the Log in button.

Step 5 – Selecting the queues and phone you work on

Log in to the relevant extension (the extension is configured in your software or hardware phone) and, if needed, to any queues (based on your PBX settings).

When the form for selecting your phone's queue and line appears, choose the phone line and tick the names of the queues you'll be working in.

Click the Log in button.

Step 6 – Completing the login to the SEVIO PBX

Congratulations, you're now successfully logged in to the SEVIO PBX in Raynet CRM – the Tel. PBX button is lit up green.

If you want a recording link to be generated automatically for calls, you'll also need to set the Raynet API key in SEVIO. Please see the section Automatically generating calls.

Missed calls

In Raynet, you can display missed calls by clicking the Missed calls button in the bottom left (see step 6, image Completing the login to the SEVIO PBX), after which the following table appears.

Manually generating calls

Once connected, you can manually generate calls (more precisely, a call activity) by clicking the bubble that appears in the bottom right during a call.

For incoming calls, the client's card is shown automatically. For outgoing calls, you can open the client's card by clicking the bubble in the bottom right.

You'll then see all the activities in the History section – see the image below.

Automatically generating calls

SEVIO works closely with Raynet and can generate calls automatically, without the user having to be logged in to Raynet.

All you need is to enter your Raynet address, your Raynet login and the API key into SEVIO. Nothing more is required.

In the following three steps we'll show you how to generate an API key in Raynet and then paste it into SEVIO.

Step 1 – Generating an API key in Raynet CRM

In Raynet CRM, click your name in the top right and select Settings from the drop-down menu.

Then go to the API keys section and click the Create API key button.

A window will appear where you select the user, enter a description for the API key (whatever you like) and copy the API key by clicking the rectangle icon next to the text field. Then simply click the Save button.

Step 2 – Setting up SEVIO

Now you need to configure SEVIO so it can automatically generate calls and recording links.

Open SEVIO in a web browser and go to the System settings section, Raynet tab (see the image Opening the form for setting up the Raynet CRM integration in SEVIO).

Then enter the following into the form:

  • Instance name: you'll find this in the Raynet URL (see the following image Example of a Raynet instance name (seviotest))
  • Login name: your login name for Raynet
  • API key: the API key you generated in Raynet – see the previous images

SEVIO also lets you set which activities should be created in Raynet, or whether nothing should happen at all. This gives you full control over the integration.

Step 3 – The result of the setup

Every completed call is automatically recorded in Raynet with the following details:

  • Link to the call recording: lets you listen back to the call.
  • Caller identity: records who made the call.
  • Assignment to tags: calls are automatically sorted into the relevant tags, which makes them easier to filter (for example by scheduled or generated calls).
  • Call transcription: if available, an automatic transcription of the call into text is also accessible from the recording link.

This feature lets Raynet users manage and search their calls more efficiently based on specific criteria.

The correct order for logging in to the PBX in Raynet CRM

To work with the PBX without any issues, follow this order when logging in:

  • First log in to Raynet CRM – here you select the line and queues you'll be working in.
  • Then log in to SEVIO – use your username and the selected line.

It's important that the line is the same in both Raynet CRM and SEVIO.

If you were to log in to SEVIO first, Raynet CRM would detect your line as busy and wouldn't let you select it from the list of available lines. That would make it impossible to work with the PBX.

Get an overview of calls, automate routines, and have more time for customers. Sevio connects your team, CRM, and phone calls into one simple tool.
