Choose the basic option – the SEVIO switchboard. You will get an overview of all incoming and outgoing calls, including recordings. Thanks to the list of missed calls, you will always know who tried to reach you. Callers can leave you a message if you are calling outside of business hours or are unable to answer the call. With the mobile app, you can also receive calls and make calls outside the office.
Yes, select the "SEVIO PBX" option and install the mobile app on your phone so that you can make calls via the PBX. You can continue to use your mobile phone as usual. If you want to make a call via the PBX, use the mobile app.
We recommend our SEVIO switchboard. Purchase a SIM card with an unlimited tariff, which we will place in our GSM gateway. We will connect the SIM card to your SEVIO switchboard, allowing you to use all the functions of the switchboard with the benefits of GSM telephony, including sending and receiving SMS messages.
Please note: Once inserted into the GSM gateway, the SIM card can no longer be used in a mobile phone, as it is reserved for the switchboard. It is therefore advisable to purchase a new SIM card for the switchboard, ideally with an unlimited tariff.
We recommend the "SEVIO Call Center" option. In the mini CRM that is part of it, you can create an outgoing campaign, upload contacts from MS Excel, and tell your salespeople to start calling. Salespeople gradually receive assigned contacts, record call results in contact cards, schedule meetings, and postpone calls to a later time. They have access to call recordings and can prepare for working with customers in advance by listening to previous communications. You can then export the campaign results directly to MS Excel for further evaluation.
Use the "SEVIO Call Center - Automatic Dialing" option. Thanks to automatic dialing via a predictive dialer, you completely eliminate the time the operator spends listening to the ring tone when trying to contact the client. The operator receives the assigned call the moment the client picks up the phone. This increases operator productivity by up to 3 times compared to manual dialing, as practice has shown.
