Yes, you do. Neither Raynet nor Pipedrive have their own telephone exchange, so it is necessary to connect them to an external one, such as SEVIO. This allows you to conveniently make calls from the CRM by clicking on the phone icon next to the contact, and when a call comes in, the caller's card will automatically open. You can also easily create new contacts, activities, or call and SMS records.

The basic version of the SEVIO telephone exchange is available for CZK 1,600 per month excluding VAT. The price includes everything you need for incoming and outgoing calls, missed call logs, call recording, and an IVR tree. It also includes a mini CRM for storing and managing contacts.

Yes. Just create a calling campaign and upload contacts directly from Excel. Then simply open individual tabs and call customers with a single click. All call recordings and your notes are saved directly to the contact. We would be happy to show you everything in a live demo – get in touch!

Yes. All you need to do is purchase a SEVIO telephone exchange and insert a SIM card into our GSM port.
