Each client has a file containing all necessary information (name, address, telephone number, email address, notes, calls, text messages, orders, and important information).

Orders

If you sell or offer goods, you can create orders from the product catalog directly in the client card, just like in an e-shop.

Searching for data via ARES or Google

With a single click, you can find client information in ARES or Google. Your work will be faster and easier.

Import/export to MS Excel

If you keep your contacts in MS Excel spreadsheets, you can easily import them into SEVIO mini CRM, where you can call them, process them, and then export them back to MS Excel along with your newly discovered and recorded data.

Questionnaires included in the customer card

In the mini CRM questionnaire, you can enter questions for the operator to ask the caller. You can then export their answers and evaluate them in MS Excel, for example.

Custom fields and dials

You can define your own fields and dials in the client card yourself. You do not have to stick to what we have pre-programmed into the client card.
