In the "Calls" module, enter the "FROM/TO" date and click on the Export call recordings button. This will download the recordings for the given period from the system as a ZIP archive. Each recording contains meta information about the time, client (name, phone number), and operator (name, phone number) in its name.
Yes, as an MS Excel spreadsheet. You can also export graphs generated by the system from data stored in the switchboard as PNG files. You can then insert these images into your reports.
